This combined workshop will cover animal models of pulmonary aspergillosis and development of and testing Aspergillus diagnostics in experimental and clinical settings. Our purpose is to discuss and establish critical gaps in Aspergillus diagnostics, to discuss new developments in this critical field, and to describe resources that are being made available to the Aspergillus research community by the NIH.
